1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and rjb77 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, content, games, and features provided through the rjb77.win website and any related applications.

• A valid and active email address
• Bank details for fund withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the registered bank account name matches your rjb77 account name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.

You are also responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rjb77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a password that was shared or exposed to others due to your own negligence.

4Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Regarding Deposits:

• All deposits must come from an account registered in the same member's name

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered under the member's name
• Rjb77 reserves the right to request additional KYC verification for withdrawals exceeding a specified limit
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn
• Any withdrawal attempt to a third-party account will be automatically rejected

5Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted

6Game Rules

• Game results are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure

• Rjb77 reserves the right to void bets and wins obtained through software bug exploitation

7Permitted Member Conduct

As a rjb77 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Uploading or distributing content that is abusive, threatening, or hateful in nature
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the rjb77 security systems
• Sharing account login credentials with any other party
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Using a credit card or bank account not registered in your name to make deposits
• Making false claims or providing fraudulent information to the rjb77 support team

8Account Closure & Suspension

Rjb77 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:

• A member is found to have violated any term in this Agreement
• There is fraudulent or suspicious activity associated with the account
• A member holds more than one active account
• Registration information found to be false or inaccurate
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the rjb77 customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any valid account balance may be withdrawn following standard procedures.

9Liability Limits

Rjb77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated profits or expected winnings
• Losses due to internet service disruptions or technical issues on the member's end
• Losses due to unauthorised account access arising from the member's own negligence
• Damage to a member's device or computer system resulting from use of the platform

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of rjb77 to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the arising of the liability claim.

10Privacy & Data Protection
